I found a laminated card with those lines in the back of a church in Monaghan Town, Co. Monaghan, Ireland, when I was there in September. It goes on to say,
"My past life I leave to Your Mercy, O God.
My present life I give to Your Love.
My future life I place in Your Providence."

I love the first line. Canonization is possible because of what Saints did after their conversion.
Every sinner has a future. Hope for me then.
